Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Combined Locality Team based in Knowsley.

• Deliver Care Act assessments, strengths-based support planning, and commission appropriate care and support services.
• Undertake safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Best Interest decisions, ensuring compliance with statutory duties.
• Manage and assess risk, attend MARAC meetings, and contribute to coordinated safety planning.
• Participate in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) processes, including completion of DSTs.
• Work on a hybrid basis with mandatory office attendance on Wednesdays, Fridays, and for duty/training days; car driver essential.
• Great rate of pay £32.82 per hour

• SWE registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
