Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Central Recruitment Services Ltd. is seeking four Progression Coaches (Outreach) to support young people at risk of homelessness in Manchester, Salford, and Bolton. This role requires managing a caseload and delivering tailored support to clients while collaborating with local agencies.
The successful candidates will work full-time for approximately 3-4 months, with a pay rate of £16.58 per hour. Previous experience in social care is essential.
