About the role
Reed in Partnership, a British family‑owned company, is looking for a Programme Support Adviser in Reed Wellbeing to deliver high‑quality personalised service to participants in our preventative health programmes. The position is part‑time, 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for participants referred to preventative health services.
- Assess eligibility and suitability of referrals using triage assessment tools.
- Ensure participants are sign‑posted to relevant services and attendance is recorded centrally.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, booking and re‑booking sessions.
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and conduct data cleansing activities.
- Meet specific KPIs and quality standards stipulated by the service obligations.
- Experience in office‑based customer service or sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality customer service.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
- Proficiency with database systems for accurate data entry.
- Strong verbal communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to follow processes and attention to detail.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (grade A‑C, including Maths) or equivalent; GCSE English at least Grade B (or equivalent Level2).
- Experience in a call‑centre environment.
- Fluency in community languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Somali, Vietnamese, Dari, Yoruba, Turkish, French, Spanish, Albanian, Arabic, Bengali, Farsi, Gujarati, Polish, Serbian and Greek, depending on service.
