Armed Forces Victims Helpline Advocate

Aurora New Dawn is seeking a part-time Armed Forces Helpline Worker to provide a high-quality service to victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, and stalking. The position will involve working with individuals aged 16 and above through support via telephone, text, and online methods.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of domestic abuse impacts, crisis management skills, and a compassionate approach towards clients. The role requires working 27 hours per week in a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
