Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Glosyoungcarers is seeking a part-time coordinator in the United Kingdom to engage with young carers, coordinate support, and work across a network of professionals. The role runs 15-21 hours/week with some evening work by arrangement and is fixed-term for 12 months.
You will work directly with young carers from assessment through to support planning, contributing to delivering a varied role that supports their needs.
