BDS Recruitment are seeking a Sheltered Housing Coordinator in Newcastle for an ongoing, part-time role. The position is 20 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days, with an ASAP start. Pay is £15.96 per hour PAYE or £20.30 per hour via Umbrella.
Responsibilities include daily resident communications, welfare checks, health and safety assessments, signposting to information services, organizing activities, and reporting maintenance needs.
