Barnardo's is hiring an Employability Worker to support a caseload of young people aged 16-24, helping them move into employment, education or training. Based in Barkingside, Essex, you will work both in the community and at our centre, developing action plans, building relationships and guiding young people along their employability journey.
You will manage your diary, contribute to achieving targets and KPIs, and collaborate with a small team.
