Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking 1 WTE Band 6 Community Specialist Practitioner (Health Visiting / School Nursing) to join the Children In Care team in Doncaster. You will work within a multidisciplinary group to deliver holistic health services for CIC and Care Leavers aged 0–19 years.
The role focuses on reviewing health assessments, contributing to the Healthy Child Programme, and improving health outcomes for CIC and Care Leavers in the community setting.
