What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for pre-birth cases and support families throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Engage with families to build strong, trusting relationships that facilitate positive outcomes.
• Liaise with external agencies and professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support networks for families.
• Provide valuable mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
