Salary: Starting from £31,000 per annum + Package

About the role

Are you a youth professional who knows how to build trust, create safe spaces and help young people take their next steps? As a Youth Employment Advisor, you'll use your experience of working with young people to help them build confidence, overcome barriers and move towards meaningful work.

This is a role for someone who understands youth engagement first and employability second: someone who can meet young people where they are, keep them motivated when progress is difficult and translate their strengths, interests and lived experience into realistic opportunities.

• Build trusted relationships with young people through outreach, regular contact and youth-focused assessments that understand their goals, strengths, interests and barriers.
• Turn youth work into progression by creating personalised action plans that build confidence, resilience, employability skills and readiness for work at the young person's pace.
