About the jobLead, supervise, and support fostering social workers and staff
Ensure compliance with fostering regulations, legislation, and policies.
Monitor service quality, performance, and outcomes for children. Conduct audits, reviews, and implement service improvements.
Work collaboratively with local authorities and partner agencies.
Contribute to budget management and resource planning
Support strategic planning and the development of fostering services.
About youThe successful candidate will have a social work degree with
Fostering and significant management experience.
