Ingeus UK is seeking a passionate Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) Advisor to join our team at HMP Durham. You will deliver one-to-one guidance and group sessions to help prisoners identify realistic career goals and progress to employment or education on release.
You will develop personalised plans, collaborate with education teams, employers, and probation services, manage caseloads, and contribute to safer communities by reducing reoffending through meaningful pathways.
