Data Engineer
What you will do
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and Databricks
- Manage and optimise data platforms for performance and reliability
- Develop modular ETL workflows and orchestrate data processes
- Write efficient PySpark code, including UDFs and Pandas UDFs
- Ensure high data quality and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful data solutions
What we are looking for
- Exposure through studies, placements, personal projects, or research related to data engineering
- Curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow
- A collaborative mindset and confidence to develop your voice in technical discussions
Development
- Work closely with experienced engineers and contribute to cross‑team projects
- Learn how to integrate AI and data solutions into scalable products
- Apply best practices and take part in architectural decision‑making
- Receive mentoring and support to help you identify opportunities for innovation
What you will do
- Design, develop, and optimise transformer‑based models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude)
- Fine‑tune large language models for real‑world, domain‑specific applications
- Implement advanced prompt engineering and RAG techniques
- Build intelligent agents using Lang Chain, Llama Index, CrewAI, Auto Gen
- Work with leading cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
What we are looking for
- Exposure through studies, placements, personal projects, or research in AI, machine learning, or software development
- Passion for AI innovation, creative thinking, and practical problem‑solving
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with others and learning new technologies
Development
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑powered solutions
- Learn how to bring AI capabilities into scalable products
- Contribute to technical decisions and best‑practice engineering
- Gain hands‑on experience through training, mentoring, and real project work

- Build practical experience in data engineering, AI, and cloud technologies

- Must be 18 years old or over
- 2 GCSE’s at grades A‑C (9‑4) in Maths & English is recommended but not essential
