Fundment is seeking a Lead Python Developer to head a pod of 3–4 engineers, combining hands-on backend development (about 50% of your time) with strong technical leadership. You will drive execution, ensure delivery quality, and build reliable, maintainable systems that meet real business needs.
You will collaborate with product managers to ensure PRDs are clear, feasible, and properly scoped, enabling accurate estimation and effective prioritisation.
