Job Description & How to Apply Below
Bring ambitious B2B websites to life in the browser, shaping the visual details, motion and interactions that make the experience work.
The opportunityBring ambitious B2B website designs to life in code. You’ll shape how the finished experience looks and feels, from page composition to the timing of an interaction, working with designers from early ideas through to the build.
What you’ll do- Develop the experience in the browser:
Build responsive pages and prototype ideas with designers. Refine typography, layout and interaction as real content and screen sizes change. - Make motion earn its place:
Create animations and interactive product experiences that clarify the message and give the work character. Test timing, touch and keyboard use, reduced motion and the cost to performance. - Build interfaces the team can extend:
Turn patterns into reusable components that handle varied content and states. Work with Frontend Engineers on functionality and CMS connections, and document the behaviour. - Own the finished quality:
Review visual detail, accessibility and performance across browsers and devices. Keep content crawlable for search and AI discovery. Verify AI-assisted code with tests and browser checks, raise delivery constraints early and share what you learn.
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script and React, plus production experience with Astro and Next.js.
- Live websites or coded experiences showing strong visual execution. You can explain your contribution, work confidently in Figma and resolve design details with a designer.
- Strong animation skills with tools such as GSAP, Motion or browser APIs, including timing, easing and behaviour across devices.
- Practical accessibility knowledge: semantic markup, focus management and reduced motion. You can investigate loading, responsiveness and layout stability.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO and AEO, including content rendering and crawlable page structure.
- An established AI coding workflow, including the ability to review, debug and take responsibility for the code. Codex and Claude will be part of your work.
- Confidence with Git, code review and testing, and clear communication with designers and Project Leads.
- Experience building or maintaining websites in Webflow.
- Interactive product storytelling or more expressive brand websites.
- SVG animation, Canvas, WebGL or Three.js where the project calls for them.
- Building component libraries connected to a CMS.
- Agency work with B2B, SaaS or technology companies.
Explore ambitious interactions with designers and engineers from the first idea through to the build. Help shape our creative development standards and how we use AI coding tools.
What we offer- Performance bonuses and a clear path to promotion.
- Access to frontier tools.
- Dedicated learning time, funded development and regular feedback.
- Work with specialists across brand, design, development and growth.
- 25 days’ paid leave, plus Christmas time off.
- Fully remote, with a flexible schedule around your role’s collaboration hours.
