Level 1 and Level 2 swimming teachers required to deliver our swim programme.

• Ensure the safety of all users of the leisure centre, with special attention to those in swimming lessons.
• Follow training and deliver lessons to a high standard.
• Help deliver the key objectives of the contract and any promotions running at the leisure centre.
• Set out equipment as required.
• Deliver classes as outlined in the swimming timetable, ranging from adult and child to competitive classes.
• Follow the National Plan For Teaching Swimming.
• Maintain a high standard of interaction with customers.
• Complete other duties assigned by the line manager.
• Attend monthly trainings to keep qualifications valid.

• ASA Level 2 Swimming Instructor and NPLQ qualifications.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Positive attitude with customer focus and service skills.
• Additional skills are an advantage.
