Trainee Freight Forwarder – Multi Modal

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across Air, Sea, and Road, learn how shipments move globally, and build solid foundations in customs, documentation, and customer service.

• Support the coordination of shipments across all modes
• Assist with shipping & customs documentation
• Communicate with carriers, agents and customers
• Track shipments and update internal systems
• Shadow experienced freight forwarders to learn the ropes
• Take part in training on Incoterms, customs and logistics software
• Support with general office duties (phones, filing, post)

• Interest in logistics & international trade
• Strong willingness to learn and develop

This role is full‑time and based in the Newcastle office Monday to Friday.
