Bendi FLT Driver – Immediate Start

Location: Byker

Pay: £12.95 per hour + Shift Allowance

We are currently seeking a motivated Bendi FLT Driver to join our team for an exciting and dynamic role. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in operating a Bendi FLT, who is adaptable, punctual, and ready to work across varied shifts in a growing company. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, helping us meet the needs of our customers and contributing to the success of our business.

• Dayshift: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Backshift: 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility to cover both shifts is required)

• Morning Shift (6:30 am‑2:30 pm): 10% uplift, increasing your hourly rate to £14.25 per hour
• Backshift (2:30 pm‑10:30 pm): 15% uplift, increasing your hourly rate to £14.90 per hour

• Safely operate a Bendi FLT to move and store goods in the warehouse
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
• Communicate effectively with the team and management to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in loading and unloading goods as required

• Competitive pay starting at £12.95 per hour for normal dayshift
• Shift allowances of £14.25 per hour for morning shifts and £14.90 per hour for backshift

• Full training and ongoing support

• Must hold a valid Bendi FLT license
• Previous experience operating a Bendi FLT is essential
• Flexibility to work both morning and backshift patterns
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• The role will transition into shift patterns for April, May, and June with the hours as listed above. Flexibility is essential.
