Shuttle Driver - Seasonal

We’re looking for qualified Shuttle Drivers to join our Rentals Team. This is a Part Time, Seasonal position for the period of April 2026 – mid‑October 2026 at our Bedford location.

The ideal candidate will exhibit the attributes of Humble, Hungry, and Smart.

• Provide customer service, including greeting and assistance with luggage
• Maintain a safe environment for guests
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus
• Inspect the bus for damages and ensure that all equipment is in working order
• Adhere to traffic regulations, use defensive driving skills, and drive with seat belts
• Transport customers to and from the rental facility
• Perform other duties as required

• Possess a valid driver’s license (Class 2 or 4) with a clean abstract
• Have customer service experience
• Have experience driving passengers
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs to assist customers with luggage
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Work well under pressure
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Work on weekends
• Provide references and undergo a criminal clearance check during the hiring process

• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Shift work required, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings
• May require overtime
• Ability to stand for long periods and to bend, twist, push, pull, and carry equipment and supplies
• May need to lift or move, including shovelling snow, carrying RV parts, and cleaning equipment/supplies
• Manual dexterity required to operate cleaning equipment, including power washers and hand tools
