Van Driver

At M&H Carriers, our drivers play a vital role in delivering excellent service to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Dunoon / Tarbert / Lochgilphead depot as a Multi Drop Van Driver.

• Collecting and delivering freight in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Delivering goods within customers' homes.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image at all times.
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Accurately scanning and recording freight movements.
• Using handheld devices to capture proof of delivery.
• Carrying out manual handling duties safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within both the depot and vehicle.
• Following company health and safety procedures at all times.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties.

• Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery role.

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

• 47.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 – 17:00
