Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Staff Power Group are currently working with a company based in North Tyneside who are looking for an experienced driver to deliver garments. You must be friendly, outgoing and have the ability to communicate in a professional manner as you will be potentially speaking to customers face to face. This is a temporary assignment.

Hours & Pay

This role is 42.5 hours per week working Mon - Fri with optional weekend overtime. Working hours are 07:45 - 16:45 with 30 minutes for lunch. Overtime will be paid at 1.5x the normal rate for the shift.

Duties

Delivering garments to residential properties and local businesses
Dealing with customer schedules
Dealing with delivery and shipping paperwork
Loading and unloading vehicles

Essential

Driving Licence
DBS check to be carried out

You will be provided with a uniform, and a van that can be used to travel to and from work. Due to the nature of this job our client requires a DBS check to be carried out.
