Counterbalance Forklift Operator Required Newcastle upon Tyne Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team on a commercial project in Newcastle upon Tyne, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
- Assisting with deliveries and material storage.
- Supporting site operatives with general logistics duties when required.
- Carrying out daily pre-use checks on the forklift.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS or CPCS accepted where appropriate).
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift on construction or commercial sites.
- Valid CSCS card (if required for site access).
- Good awareness of site health and safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
