HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers – Newcastle, Teesside & North East

Up to £18.25 per hour | Days & Nights | New Passes Welcome | Ongoing Work.

Staff Selection UK is expanding its HGV driver network across the North East and is looking for Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (Category

C) Drivers for regular and ongoing driving opportunities.

Newly qualified HGV drivers are welcome to apply
, as well as experienced Class 1 and Class 2 drivers.

We want to hear from drivers based across Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Washington, Durham, Darlington, Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Hartlepool and surrounding areas.

Class 1 Drivers:

• Day shifts: from £17.00 per hour.
• Night shifts: up to £18.25 per hour.

Class 2 Drivers:

• Day shifts: from £14.00 per hour.
• Night shifts: up to £15.86 per hour.

Rates vary depending on location, assignment and shift.

Opportunities can include:

• Day and night shifts.
• Trunking.
• Depot-to-depot work.
• Collections and deliveries.
• Weekday and weekend shifts.
• Regular and ongoing assignments.

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence.
• Newly qualified / new pass drivers welcome.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum of 6 points on your driving licence.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations.
• Professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach.
