Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance or Bendi FLT licence to join our team at a busy logistics site just outside Newbury. This is a physical, hands‑on goods‑in role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Receiving, checking, and unloading deliveries
• Supporting the Goods‑In function, including booking stock into the system
• Manual handling and physical warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Working as part of a fast‑moving warehouse team to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in‑date)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
