Culina Group is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader to oversee the Co-Pack and Labelling Teams in our UK warehouse. The role runs from 22:00 to 06:00 on a 5-on/2-off pattern, with a base rate of £13.75 per hour plus a £1.00 per hour Team Leader supplement.
You will support the Shift Manager, carry out investigations, coach staff, run daily briefings and ensure health and safety standards while driving productivity and efficient resource use.
