* * Work Pattern:
** Part Time, 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday 17:00-22:00, Sunday 08:00-13:00, Saturday plus 1 rotating day off.
* Replenish stock within the automated picking system.
* Pick and pack customer orders accurately across manual picking, bulk, fridge, and secure areas.
* Route completed orders to the correct transport and distribution channels.
* Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity when handling products.
* Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements at all times.
* Support the efficient flow of products through the warehouse operation.
* Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets and service levels.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Good visual accuracy and attention to detail.
* Basic numeracy skills.
* Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately.
* Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
* Reliable and dependable work ethic.
* Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
* Experience with in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or logistics environment.
* Familiarity with automated picking systems.
* Experience picking and packing customer orders.
* Understanding of stock control and inventory processes.
* Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment.
* Experience working to productivity and performance targets.
* Flexible approach to supporting operational requirements.
