Experienced IT Technician

The Casino Food Company is a leading export food processor with production facilities located in Casino and Booyong, near Lismore, in the Northern Rivers area of the NSW Far North Coast.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Technician to join the IT department. The role will report to the IT Manager and is responsible for company‑wide IT support through the IT help desk and hands‑on support for the growing company.

• Capable of providing level 1 support including network, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• General understanding of and skills with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows Server 2016 onwards).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper‑V (Desirable).
• Creating and maintaining IT/Technical documentation.
• Asset management for all IT equipment.

• Certificate 4 or equivalent diploma in Information Technology.
• Experience configuring hardware and network devices (ie. HP, Aruba, Netgear) desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work remotely and onsite as required.
• Ability to work across multiple sites within the Casino and Lismore region.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards work.
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
