Opportunity

The Property Manager plays the key role in all day-to-day operations of an apartment community, maximizing the property’s net operating income and ensuring the optimal performance of the property. You will supervise a team and will be responsible for effectively managing leasing, resident services, maintenance, expense control, revenue enhancements, reporting, and compliance, among other duties. Your leadership will be critical in the property’s success.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team and manage leasing, resident services, maintenance, expense control, revenue enhancements, reporting, and compliance for an apartment community.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Team player that has at least two years of property management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication experience.
  • Current driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
