• QTS (or equivalent) with recent UK teaching experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of KS2 (or KS1 transitioning to KS2)
• An ability to motivate, inspire and support pupils of varying needs
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
• A proactive, team‑focused approach
