• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and databases
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
• Provide general administrative support as needed

• Previous experience in an accounting, finance, or bookkeeping assistant role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Associates degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
