Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and offer free hearing screenings
- Analyze test results and recommend hearing solutions
- Dispense assistive listening devices and conduct fitting sessions
- Educate patients on device use, maintenance, and follow‑up care
- Make follow‑up calls to ensure patient satisfaction
- Licensed hearing aid dispenser or dispensing audiologist
- Motivated to help people hear better
