We are looking to hire a Full‑time (40‑hour) resource who is able to support our patient population needs on site between our Willard Dialysis Center (Newington, CT) and Hartford North Dialysis Center (Hartford, CT). The role will work Monday‑Friday.

• Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Obtained a Clinical License (e.g., LCSW, LICSW), meeting all licensure requirements for your state.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
