Even though this position will be part time, you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a flexible work schedule in a supportive environment.

• Experience with ADL Assistance
• Meal Prep
• Companionship
• Safety Supervision
• Able to drive client to appointments/errands as needed
• Understand signs of a UTI in a senior
• Care for someone who is diabetic; assist with diabetes-friendly meal preparation
• The client is very independent and needs some assistance and monitoring to stay safely in home longer

Hiring ASAP:
Hours for this position are TBD. Competitive pay is based on experience. $17-$19/hour

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Current CNA certification in the state of Connecticut or HHA.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move clients safely.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
