Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Over 2 years of experience in network engineering or IT systems management.
- Strong grasp of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Practical experience with network hardware like Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, or similar brands.
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and capability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and related devices.
- Monitor network performance to guarantee availability, reliability, and security.
- Diagnose and rectify network issues encompassing LAN/WAN, VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Enforce and uphold cybersecurity policies, patches, and updates.
- Assist with server administration, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to aid IT‑related initiatives and projects.
- Keep documentation of configurations, procedures, and system modifications up‑to‑date.
- Suggest upgrades and enhancements to improve system efficiency.
