Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living
Location: Cedar Mountain Commons (10007)
Shift: Evening (some weekends)
Cedar Mountain Commons is a not-for-profit independent and assisted living retirement community where residents maintain independence while living in a safety and comfort environment. We provide compassionate, highly trained and certified staff to deliver expected care standards.
Responsibilities- Collaborates with health care team to assist residents in achieving established outcomes of care.
- Reports to Resident Care Director.
- Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
- Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.
