Civita Care Center at Newington is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator.

What You’ll Do
Lead orientation and onboarding for new nursing staff.
Develop and deliver engaging education and competency training.
Identify learning needs and support staff professional growth.
Partner with nursing leadership to strengthen clinical practice and quality care.
Coordinate preceptors and help new employees transition successfully.
Promote a positive learning environment and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Current, unrestricted RN license.
Experience in staff education, clinical training, or nursing leadership preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
A passion for helping others succeed.
