What You Will Do:- Competitive pay ranging from $22 to $30 per hour.
- Benefits including PTO and paid holidays after 90 days.

- Valid CT Commercial Pesticide Junior Operator License (REQUIRED).
- Strong work ethic, safety commitment, and adaptability to weather conditions.
- Enjoy physical activity and outdoor work in hot and cold climates.
- Quick learner with a passion for lawn science.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Ability to obtain DOT medical card prior to starting.
- Experience working with commercial properties.
- Snow plow truck or loader operation experience.
