We are actively seeking licensed lawn care technicians to join our team for the 2026 season, with positions beginning in the spring. We’re looking for individuals who already hold the required state pesticide certifications and are skilled in applying lawn care products safely, accurately, and professionally. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in high-quality applications, and want to join a team that values expertise and supports continued development.

As a Lawn Care Technician at Mainely Grass, you will be on the front line of our business, providing best-in‑class Lawn Care services to our residential and commercial customers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Apply fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides using cutting- edge methods
• Conduct thorough inspections of lawns, diagnosing issues, and providing insightful education to customers
• Safely operate lawn application equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by focusing on the details and communicating issues to customers
• Build strong relationships with customers through face‑to‑face interactions, attending to their property
• Continued learning and professional development opportunities

• State Applicators License is required
• Valid Driver's License in good standing
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift/carry 50 lb. bags of product
