Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on their needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

$16.00/hr – $29.00/hr

Hourly wage range: $16.5 - $29.5 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage).

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in certain circumstances.
