Our full‑time Fitness Sales professional earns commission on new member sales. They thrive in generating their personal sales goals and helping members with service desk shifts. Both roles are performed in a manner that fosters member retention. The work is not always easy but it is worthwhile.

They show self‑initiative to perform a variety of activities necessary for success from handing out guest passes, talking up center activities and asking for referrals for lead generation, booking and confirming appointments by phone or internet, conducting center tours, presenting rates, asking for the sale, uncovering concerns and scheduling timely follow‑up with those who have not yet become a new member.

• Varied work schedule that includes some evenings, weekends and a few weekday shifts on a full‑time basis with potential growth into a career.
• Belief in fitness for life.
• Honest, authentic, good listener, able to relate well with others.
• Keen sense of personal pride in exceeding goals.
• Some previous experience in retail sales, ideally within the fitness, health and wellness industry.
• Preferred but not required:
  Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, attention to detail in verbal and written communications.
