Job Summary

The Technician role performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. Our fleet includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment.
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
• Work with an incredible team of people in a safety‑focused environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment.
• Ensure safety and efficiency to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 5+ years of technician experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred.
• Ability to provide tools of the trade.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Physical Demands

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be indoors or outdoors, as required by the job.

Base Pay Range

$25.94 - $35.66 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
