The Senior-Level Dev Ops Engineer is a highly skilled professional responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure automation solutions. With extensive experience in Agile environments, they play a crucial role in driving Dev Ops practices, facilitating collaboration between development and operations teams, and enabling the rapid and reliable delivery of software products.

This role requires advanced technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Agile principles to drive successful Dev Ops initiatives.

• Infrastructure Automation:
  Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation to automate provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD):
  Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, or Circle
  
  CI to automate build, test, and deployment processes, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Containerization and Orchestration:
  Implement containerization solutions using Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Amazon ECS to streamline application deployment, scaling, and management.
• Monitoring and Logging:
  Implement monitoring and logging solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog to monitor system performance, detect issues, and troubleshoot problems proactively.
• Security and Compliance:
  Implement security best practices and compliance standards within Dev Ops processes and infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of software products and environments.
• Agile
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, collaborating with Agile teams to prioritize Dev Ops tasks, estimate effort, and provide regular updates on progress.
• Technical Leadership:
  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Dev Ops engineers, guiding them in Dev Ops practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Automation and Scripting:
  Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline Dev Ops processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
• Cloud Native Architecture:
  Design and implement cloud-native architectures using services and technologies provided by major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Infrastructure as Code Best Practices:
  Implement best practices for infrastructure as code, including version control, testing, and code reviews, to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure automation solutions.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in Dev Ops, system administration, or software engineering roles, with significant experience in designing and implementing Dev Ops solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert, or similar certifications demonstrating proficiency in Dev Ops practices and cloud technologies are highly desirable.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in Agile environments, preferably in roles involving collaboration within Agile teams.
