The progressive Shire of East Pilbara, the largest local Government Authority in Western Australia, is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Aquatic Officer (Duty Manager) at Nullagine.

As the Duty Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the aquatic facility, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery, maintaining plant and pool equipment, and coordinating staff. You will also lead initiatives to improve service quality, manage health and safety standards, and represent the Shire at community events.

• Current LIWA Accreditation or willingness to obtain
• Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain
• Current Pool Plant Operators Certificate (LIWA)
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
• Current 003 First Aid Certificate
• Knowledge in safely using a wide range of tools for plant facility management

To be successful, you will have experience working in an aquatic facility, strong teamwork and communication skills, aptitude for applying industry procedures and standards, and proven self‑management, time‑management and organisational abilities.
