As a Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining financial transactions across various Mission Thrift Stores. This position necessitates careful posting of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting for timely and accurate financial management. You will work collaboratively with Store Managers while contributing to our mission through transparency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Store Managers and board members
• Process accounts receivable and payable efficiently
• Reconcile and balance cash accounts monthly
• Prepare financial reports for Store Boards
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
Requirements:
• Bookkeeping Certification or related education
• Minimum three years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in Accounting software (Sage Intacct, Quick Books)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
