Position: Supervisor for Accounts Payable Team
Location: East Gwillimbury

As the Supervisor of the Accounts Payable Team, you’ll manage processes and staff while ensuring invoice accuracy and vendor satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Build a culture of efficiency and excellence.

This dynamic role requires a minimum of five years' experience in accounts payable and a post-secondary degree in accounting. Proficient in Excel, you’ll oversee the staff, ensure accurate processing of invoices, and meet critical reporting deadlines each month. Your leadership will enhance team performance and reliability in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations and staff

• Ensure accurate matching of invoices to purchase orders

• Generate accurate invoice coding in the finance system

• Process payments promptly for all vendors

• Manage month-end reporting and accruals

Requirements:

• Mandatory accounting degree or certificate

• At least five years of pertinent experience

• Strong Excel skills; SAP experience preferred

• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
