Join Zanchin Automotive Group's strong team as an Accounting Administrator in Newmarket. This position requires 1 to 3 years of accounting experience and proficiency in ERP systems. You will assist the Controller with cash flow, payroll, and preparing annual reports, contributing to the dealership’s financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable and payable tasks
• Assist in payroll processing and compliance
• Support annual financial report production
• Conduct bank reconciliations and daily deposits
• Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of accounting experience
• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
