Position: Magna Group Controller Role
Join Magna's Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting team as Group Controller, driving financial accountability and reporting automation. Enhance business operations in a high-volume automotive setting.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee financial governance, month-end close processes, and compliance across multiple plants. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial models that drive efficiency and profitability. You'll also modernize financial reporting through advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee timely financial reporting processes and statements

• Support budget development and forecasting accuracy

• Strengthen internal controls and maintain audit readiness

• Conduct financial modeling for business development initiatives

• Design dashboards for financial reporting via Power BI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required

• 7+ years in finance/accounting roles, preferably in manufacturing

• Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)

• Proven experience in cost accounting and management reporting

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel
