Assistant Controller in Manufacturing Finance

This critical role partners with the Controller and GM, focusing on financial reporting, internal controls, and cost accounting. The ideal candidate will manage plant-level financial analytics, lead budgeting processes, and oversee inventory management while enhancing compliance with ASPE and GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

• Establish and enhance internal controls for compliance

• Manage standard costing methodology and analyze variances

• Oversee inventory including cycle counts and valuation

• Provide monthly financial performance analysis to management

Requirements:

• CA/CPA designation or in process

• Must have manufacturing experience

• Proficiency with SAP required

• Strong analytical and leadership skills

• Experience in team supervision and mentoring
