Position: Full-Cycle Bookkeeper at MCM D’Lusso
Contribute to MCM D’Lusso Construction as a detail-oriented Full-Cycle Bookkeeper. Manage all bookkeeping functions, ensuring accuracy and supporting financial operations across multiple systems like Quick Books and Dext.

This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial documentation. You will support the financial health of a growing business and streamline bookkeeping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities and ensure record accuracy

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Conduct payroll processing and maintain payroll records

• Complete bank and credit reconciliations efficiently

• Prepare HST reconciliations and support WSIB reporting

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting or related field

• Experience in managing full-cycle bookkeeping

• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
