At Cogir, our Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering calls and greeting all visitors. This role supports our organization’s commitment to excellence and integrity while ensuring smooth daily operations in our retirement residences. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a love for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all incoming calls and address inquiries
• Welcome and direct visitors with care
• Sort and distribute internal mail promptly
• Assist in managing meeting room schedules
• Maintain an organized and clean reception space
Requirements:
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Prior experience in reception is beneficial
• Professional phone etiquette is a must
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• Competence in Microsoft Office software
